As part of its environmental protection policy and its commitment to sustainable development, the Youga Gold Mine, in collaboration with Zabre Environmental Services, organized a compensatory reforestation campaign at its mining site.

This effort resulted in the planting of 3,565 saplings of various local species adapted to the local environment.

Through this initiative, the Youga Gold Mine reaffirms its commitment to restoring vegetation cover, preserving local ecosystems, and promoting responsible mining practices.
